Develop and implement technology-driven strategies to drive improved performance in our collision repair centers. This will include improving repair order accuracy and parts procurement efficiency.
Partner with Central Operations to define business needs, identify gaps, and propose innovative solutions.
Lead product selection and implementation for AI-powered Guided AI Agents, automation tools, and analytics solutions to streamline processes.
Collaborate with application engineering, IT business analysis, IT architecture, IT infrastructure, data, procurement, and operational teams to develop and deploy technology solutions.
Ensure projects align with business objectives, timelines, and budget constraints.
