Full Job Description
Technology Consulting, Service Delivery Center (SDC), Process Solution Automation - Pega System Architect (Financial Services Office) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) ([redacted]), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Alpharetta, GA.

Provide clients with Pega technical analysis of requirements, solution architecture, and design. Advise engagement team members and deliver a variety of Pega based solutions using core Pega and other suites of technologies. Design, architect and develop advanced configuration solutions using Pega solutions keeping big picture in mind, meeting or exceeding best practices. Understand current, future client needs and develop roadmap keeping complexity, feasibility, business value of features and functionality. Work with developers to estimate effort, plan onshore/offshore staffing mix, and manage financials of complex engagements. Work with Managers and Senior Managers to support them in sales proposals, as well as supporting the development of assets and accelerators. Mentor junior staff resources on project cadence and technology ramp up.

Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday - Friday, 40 - 45 hours per week, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field and 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.

Must have 4 years of experience implementing Pega, including hands on experience with configuration and customizations, with teams of 5 or more people, with at least 2 years of the required experience in Pega 8.x and/or Pega Infinity.

Must have 4 years of experience using relational databases including in one or a combination of any of the following: SQL Server, MySQL, Access, Oracle, and/or DB2.

Must have 4 years of experience with one or a combination of any of the following:
• low-code/no-code development platforms;
• Object-Oriented programming concepts; and/or
• agile software implementation process.

Must have 4 years of experience with computer software configuration or development experience in one or a combination of any of the following technologies: Java, Python, C++, C#, and/or .NET.

Must have 2 years of experience leading teams of developers for PEGA projects and providing guidance to team members.

Requires domestic travel up to 25% to serve client needs.
