Full Job Description
Novarc Technologies is looking for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and support the production of our cobots. Summary: As a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for finding top technical talent to support various departments' hiring goals. You will work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and other team members to ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, organized, and effective. Your role will involve managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, selecting, and closing candidates. You will also provide subject matter expertise for hiring managers, ensuring that roles are positioned to attract the best available talent. Work Environment: Hybrid Type of the role: Permanent, Full Time Duties and Responsibilities: • Own Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting: Source, engage, assess, and close elite technical talent, with a primary focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Software Engineering roles. • Enhance the Process & Brand: Partner directly with the TA Manager to design, implement, and refine recruiting strategies, standard operating procedures, and our technical employer brand. • Drive the Interview Process: Maintain strict momentum for all technical candidates. You will independently navigate candidates through the interview funnel, ensuring a premier candidate experience. • Stakeholder Management & Coaching: Act as a strategic advisor to technical hiring managers. You will persistently follow up for feedback, drive hiring decisions, and keep processes moving forward, and work with the TA Manager to remove bottlenecks. • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain proactive talent pools for niche AI, ML, and software roles to reduce time-to-hire for critical engineering positions. • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS, ensuring that all relevant information is accurate and up-to-date. Help with generating reports and tracking key recruitment metrics. • Recruitment Event Coordination: Help organize recruitment events, career fairs, or campus recruitment activities. Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, and follow-up communication. • Job Postings & Advertising: Assist in drafting and posting job ads across job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels. Ensure job descriptions are up-to-date and accurately reflect the role. Minimum Qualifications and Experience: • At least 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably in robotics and/or AI • Process Builder Mentality: You have experience (or a strong desire) to move beyond purely filling reqs and want to actively participate in building TA systems, workflows, and employer branding strategies. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Proficient in Google Suite, with a working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information. • Positive attitude and customer-service oriented approach when interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
