JOB SUMMARY:
This position involves working in the installation, configuration, operation, repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and security management of technology resources within the School Division. This position provides support to users in the use of software and technology hardware and is performed under the general supervision of the Supervisors of Workstation Support. To perform this job successfully, it is necessary to collaborate on an ongoing basis with the school based Instructional Technology Coach (ITC).
