About the JobArray Labs is looking to hire a
Technical Sourcer to help top of the funnel by finding and driving candidates to our open reqs. We are looking for someone to use sourcing tools to find highly qualified candidates for our roles. You will partner directly with hiring managers and the TA team to develop and execute sourcing strategies for a number of technical roles.
We are open to full onsite, hybrid or even fully remote for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with leadership and individual contributors to understand technical requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Drive personalized, thoughtful outreach campaigns that introduce candidates to
- Evaluate candidates for alignment with company mission and values
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies, including innovative sourcing campaigns for passive candidates from top organizations and maintaining robust talent pipelines through proactive networking and non-traditional recruiting methods
- Turn complex technical requirements into compelling job descriptions while communicating Array Labs' mission and technology in ways that resonate with highly specialized technical candidates
- Design and continuously improve hiring processes to enhance candidate experience, maximize interview-to-offer ratios, and ensure rigorous, fair evaluations
- Partner with leadership to develop comprehensive hiring plans aligned with company growth trajectory, strategic objectives, and technical needs
- Represent Array Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of technical recruiting/sourcing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in sourcing tools i.e. Seekout, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, JuiceBox, Gem etc...
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting specialized technical talent in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent ability to understand technical concepts and effectively screen candidates through resume review and technical discussions to determine skill relevance
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to recruiting
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining team collaboration
- US citizen, permanent resident, or otherwise authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience recruiting for hardware engineering, specifically in radar, aerospace, electrical, FPGAs, or embedded systems
- Background in in-house recruiting for high-growth technology or aerospace companies
- Knowledge of the geospatial, aerospace, and/or defense industries
- Track record of developing innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill technical roles
- Familiarity with Lever or other applicant tracking systems
- History of building strong relationships with both engineering leaders and candidates
- Experience recruiting for a company with an exceptionally high technical bar
- Understanding of engineering disciplines and ability to engage meaningfully with technical candidates
- Experience in staffing business strategy for company growth that emphasizes quality of hires, process efficiency, and strong hiring manager and applicant satisfaction

We offer high flexibility between salary and equity-based compensation. Final candidates can choose from three compensation mixes: low, medium, or high equity. Equity is a significant component of total compensation, and we aim to provide meaningful ownership for this role.

Interview ProcessWe will conduct interviews via Google Meet with the potential for an onsite visit; the typical process takes around 3-5 weeks to complete from start to finish.
ITAR RequirementsTo conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
