Technical Solutions Architect

Realta - Remote

As a key member of the commercial team, you will be both a strategic leader and a hands-on practitioner. You will define the customer success and partnerships framework and establish scalable processes. You will partner with the sales and functional teams to represent the voice of the customer post sales to help drive and maintain revenue.  Partnering closely with product and marketing leadership, you will refine market positioning, strengthen the go-to-market strategy, and cultivate a solutions-focused, customer-centric sales culture that is tightly aligned with the company’s values.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales & Solution Design

•       Partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership as the primary technical resource during the sales cycle, from discovery through close.

•       Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects to understand their risk management landscape, technical and data infrastructure, and integration ecosystem.

•       Design end-to-end solution architectures that map Realta’s AML screening, transaction monitoring, and credit risk/onboarding capabilities to client-specific compliance workflows.

•       Build and deliver compelling technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept engagements tailored to each prospect’s environment.

•       Author technical proposals, architecture diagrams, integration specifications, and RFP/RFI responses.

•       Evaluate and address technical objections, security requirements, and compliance concerns raised during the sales process.

Technical Advisory & Architecture

•       Define integration patterns and data flow architectures for connecting Realta with core banking systems, payment processors, CRMs, data warehouses, and third-party data providers.

•       Conduct detailed requirements workshops to translate client risk policies, regulatory obligations, and operational workflows into platform configuration specifications.

•       Advise clients on API strategy, including REST API consumption, webhook configuration, batch processing, and real-time event streaming.

•       Provide guidance on data migration strategies, schema mapping, and ETL/ELT pipelines for onboarding client data into the Realta platform.

•       Assess client infrastructure environments (cloud, on-premise, hybrid) and recommend optimal deployment and connectivity approaches.

•       Collaborate with Product and Engineering to evaluate custom requirements, inform roadmap priorities, and ensure platform extensibility.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

•       Serve as the technical handoff point between Sales and Implementation, ensuring solution designs translate cleanly into delivery plans.

•       Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to support complex deployments, escalations, and architecture reviews.

•       Contribute to the development of reusable solution frameworks, reference architectures, and technical collateral for the broader go-to-market organization.

•       Stay current on industry trends in financial crime, RegTech, credit risk modeling, and enterprise integration patterns, and feed insights back into product strategy.

•       Represent Realta at industry conferences, webinars, and client workshops as a technical thought leader.
