Our mission is to create a secure built environment that enables Anduril's transformative work in defense technology. We focus on anticipating and addressing technical security challenges, ensuring Anduril's continued growth and innovation in a complex global landscape.
ABOUT THE JOBThe
Technical Security Program Manager, is the program execution authority for Anduril's portfolio of technical security deployments across our corporate and secured facilities.
Your expertise will be critical in designing, building, procuring, maintaining, and continually enhancing our technical security systems and programs to protect company assets and personnel. In this role, you will establish and mature a world-class project management capability within the Technical Security team, defining the standards, processes, and tooling that make program execution consistent, repeatable, and scalable as Anduril grows. Success in this role depends on deep collaboration. You will partner closely with network engineering and infrastructure teams to standardize security measures and integrate systems into the broader technical ecosystem, and you will work hand-in-hand with security operations teams to ensure every deployment is reliable, supportable, and operationally ready from the moment it goes live.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Own end-to-end program management for Anduril's technical security systems portfolio - from intake and design through procurement, deployment, and operational handoff; driving a complex, multi-team program under compressed timelines.
- Build and mature a world-class project management capability within the Technical Security team, establishing the standards, processes, and tooling (intake, project tracking, RFP architecture, budgeting, and billing) that enable consistent, repeatable, and scalable program execution.
- Develop and maintain scalable security design standards and compliance frameworks across business units and facility types (elevations, drawing templates, hardware specifications, and bills of material), ensuring consistent enforcement of security standards across all sites.
- Lead multiple concurrent security technology deployments across regions, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to deliver design fidelity, on-time delivery, and financial efficiency.
- Partner closely with network engineering and infrastructure teams to standardize security measures, integrate systems into the broader technical ecosystem, and ensure security platforms are designed to be reliable, supportable, and performant on the network.
- Collaborate with security operations teams to translate program deliverables into Day 1 operational readiness, ensuring systems are commissioned, documented, and supportable through their operational life.
- Centralize and standardize RFP and vendor management into a consolidated repository, enabling faster vendor comparison, data-driven decision-making, and consistent procurement practices across the program.
- Oversee and hold accountable vendor project managers, designers, and integrators for as-built quality, configuration, and documentation completeness across access control (ACS), video management (VMS), and intrusion detection (IDS) deployments.
- Manage program budgets, schedules, and reporting, making real-time trade-off decisions to balance scope, cost, schedule, and risk across competing priorities.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to project managers and team members, raising the execution bar and developing program management talent across the team.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- Elite project management skills and extensive experience with large-scale technical security system implementations and upgrades.
- Extensive experience in vendor management, including contract negotiation and performance oversight for security integrators and suppliers.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and construction teams.
- Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and making sound decisions in challenging situations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- PMP or similar certification.
