Technical Project Manager
The Opportunity:Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of corporate strategy. Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts. Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Work on unusually complex problems and provides highly innovative solutions. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Mentor or supervise employees in both company and technical competencies.
You Have:- 2+ years of experience in a Technical Project Management role or managing teams to meet stakeholder objectives
- Experience with the Navy or DoD
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience teaching technical teams the basic Agile framework concepts
- Experience creating solutions within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:- Experience conducting a Program Increment (PI) Planning Event
- Experience developing project plans with MS Project
- Experience distilling requirements from systems engineering models
- Experience in software development
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
- SAFe Certification
- Scrum Master Certification

CompensationSalary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
