- You will act as the primary liaison between Foreign Materiel Acquisition and Exploitation Branch, the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), and the Joint Foreign Materiel Program Office (JFMPO).
- You will produce the requirements for threat characterization and countermeasures development for the Joint Service Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) and Intelligence Communities so that high valued items are obtained.
- You will work directly with senior program managers, engineering and analysis team leads as well as Project Security Officers to enable development of critical intelligence and effective force protection software and hardware solutions.
- You will ensure foreign threat weapon systems are obtained and exploited at a throughput that is achievable for all parties with the correct classification status in relation to its particular security classification guide.

You will serve as a TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER (TECHNICIAN) in the Warfighter Defense and Systems Integration Department (W), in EOD Information Management Division (W2), FMA&E Branch (W21) of Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division located in Indian Head, MD.
This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project.
The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14.
