Job Description
Lead enterprise Infrastructure, Cloud, and Observability strategy across global environments.
Drive operational excellence, service reliability, availability, and business continuity.
Own ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
Lead Major Incident Management, RCA governance, and service improvement initiatives.
Establish enterprise observability solutions using Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, ELK, Prometheus, and CloudWatch.
Manage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), infrastructure modernization, and automation programs.
Define and monitor SLAs, KPIs, operational dashboards, and governance metrics.
Engage with executive stakeholders, business leaders, clients, and vendors to align technology with business goals.
Lead and mentor global infrastructure, operations, SRE, and platform engineering teams.
Drive regulatory compliance, risk management, audit readiness, and strategic transformation initiatives.
Salary Range: $110,000 to $130,000 per year
