Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (mechanical or electrical) or equivalent training
• PMP certification preferred
• Training in business administration preferred
• 5+ years experience in rail vehicle, defense, aerospace, automotive or equivalent
• Experience leading projects in an international environment
• Excellent communication skills in English (required) and German (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects
• Manage internal engineering activities for international projects
• Implement customer requirements in compliance with industry standards
• Prepare technical specifications, production documents, and test plans
• Manage the project team including Project Managers and Lead Project Engineers
• Support customer communication in collaboration with the Commercial Project Manager
