Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects related to initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects.
- Ability to utilize both waterfall and agile project methodology.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and manage customers, sub-contractors, suppliers, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Work with project stakeholders to define and manage project and product requirements, manage Change Orders, and prevent scope creep.
- Write and deliver project documentation in compliance with QA processes
- Act as a key escalation point for problem solving and facilitate alignment of project resources across functional departments.
- Support on-going and future sales opportunities.
- Act as a change agent in continuous improvement initiatives and development of formal methodologies.
- Complete project reviews, lessons learned and support the development and reporting of key performance
- Prepare detailed project reports, dashboards, and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders
- Support PMO processes by maintaining project documentation, adhering to established workflows, and contributing to the development of project management templates and tools.
- Ensure the effective allocation of resources and proactively identify and mitigate risks. metrics for senior management.
Key Qualifications
- PMP or Prince2 Certification with 7+ years of relevant experience, including significant experience working with external customers.
- Engineering degree and / or technical background delivering computer-based solutions.
- Ability to lead teams and learn new technologies.
- Organization skills, excellent time management and scheduling.
- Analytical skills to resolve challenges and problems
- Proficiency in project management tools
- Ability to Travel Internationally - up to 25% of the time.
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with guidelines and compliance requirements for software safety assurance in Air Traffic Management Systems (e.g. EUROCAE ED 153, EUROCAE ED 109A) in Air Traffic Management Systems.
- Experience in the aviation IT industry is a plus
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, software development life cycles, and system integrations. Knowledge and experience of Quality Assurance Processes (ISO 9001:2015 or similar)
