  • Elicit and translate customer requirements into clear, actionable user stories and backlog priorities, and communicate them to the SCRUM team—comprised of software developers, product owners, and product managers—to drive effective sprint execution and delivery.
  • Own all aspects of project execution, from concept through implementation, including scope definition, scheduling, resource planning, and delivery oversight.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level briefings, presentations, and periodic status reports to both internal leadership and customer stakeholders.
  • Ensure all contract deliverables are completed in accordance with requirements, quality standards, and company policies.
  • Oversee technical direction across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and communication to stakeholders.
