Full Job Description
The Technical Program Manager (Systems), is responsible for leading and governing complex programs that span multiple projects, systems, and business units. This role defines program strategy, drives execution across interdependent initiatives, and ensures measurable improvements to the organization. Oversees end-to-end program delivery while influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish program governance frameworks, success metrics, and KPIs aligned to business outcomes.
  • Drive prioritization and sequencing of initiatives across the Corporate Finance Systems portfolio.
  • Oversee delivery of multiple interdependent projects within the program portfolio.
  • Proactively manage program-level risks, issues, and escalation frameworks.
  • Ensure consistent execution using Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
  • Provide executive-level reporting, insights, and recommendations.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure integrated delivery across platforms and tools Lead forums such as steering committees, program reviews, and governance boards.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource planning.
  • Track and report on program ROI, value realization, and risk reduction outcomes.


Skills and/or Certifications:

  • Minimum 12 years managing end-to-end project delivery across multiple initiatives.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs.
  • Experience managing programs spanning multiple teams, systems, and geographies.
  • Ability to manage complex timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Program-level coordination across interconnected projects.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Expertise in program governance, portfolio management, and prioritization.
  • Strong experience with tools (Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, portfolio tools).
  • Experience communicating with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to deliver executive-level reporting
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to drive accountability across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills.
