Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated
Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the planning, development, and deployment of semiconductor and memory test solutions across the product lifecycle. This role will drive cross-functional programs spanning ASIC/SoC design, DFT, product engineering, silicon validation, test engineering, manufacturing, quality, and operations to deliver scalable, high-quality test solutions for advanced semiconductor and memory products.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical program management expertise with a deep understanding of semiconductor testing, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle management. This individual will be responsible for driving execution, managing risks, and ensuring successful delivery of test solutions from product definition through high-volume manufacturing.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership & Execution- Lead end-to-end program management for semiconductor and memory test solution development from concept through production deployment.
- Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Design, DFT, Validation, Test Engineering, Product Engineering, Firmware, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams.
- Monitor program execution, resolve technical and schedule risks, and ensure on-time delivery of critical testing milestones.
- Provide executive-level program status reports, dashboards, risk assessments, and technical reviews to leadership stakeholders.
Test Solution Development- Drive development and deployment of package test, system-level test (SLT), reliability qualification, and production test solutions.
- Collaborate with ASIC, SoC, IP, memory design, and product teams to align test requirements with product specifications and manufacturing objectives.
- Ensure testing strategies support product quality, manufacturing readiness, customer requirements, and business objectives.
- Coordinate qualification, characterization, and production readiness activities with internal teams and external partners.
- Support vendor management activities involving test equipment suppliers, outsourced manufacturing, and test service providers.
Manufacturing & Quality Optimization- Track and drive key performance indicators (KPIs), including test coverage, tester yield performance, quality metrics, and production readiness, to ensure successful execution and deployment of test solutions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on test automation, process optimization, manufacturing productivity, and data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Partner with engineering and operations teams to drive yield improvement, failure analysis, and reliability investigations that improve product quality, operational performance, and manufacturing
QualificationsRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in semiconductor engineering, test engineering, product engineering, technical program management, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional engineering programs from development through manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor test methodologies, silicon validation, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) platforms and production test flows.
- Excellent project management, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple technical programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with memory technologies, including NAND Flash, DRAM, HBM, or emerging memory architectures.
- Knowledge of ASIC, SoC, mixed-signal, or high-speed digital semiconductor products.
- Experience with ATE platforms such as Advantest, Teradyne, or equivalent systems.
- Experience supporting high-volume semiconductor manufacturing environments.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- PMP, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

- The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York. This range may be modified in the future.
- You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.
