As a Program Manager within the Digital Consumer organization, you will play a key role in coordinating the successful delivery of software programs and initiatives across cross-functional teams. You will partner with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, UX Designers, Quality Engineers, and other stakeholders to help plan, execute, and deliver digital products that support our strategic objectives.
You will facilitate program execution by managing schedules, coordinating dependencies, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring stakeholders remain aligned throughout the software development lifecycle. This role requires exceptional organization, communication, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, enabling teams to deliver effectively, and continuously improving program execution practices.

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.
At Resmed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is: $143,000 - $179,000 USD.
