About the TeamCorpTech Platform is the internal engineering force multiplier behind Anduril's corporate systems. It drives CorpTech engineering forward through strategic investment in data platforms, software platforms, QA and release excellence, ERP engineering, and AI infrastructure.
We build the foundations that power both CorpOS, enabling Finance and Growth to operate with speed and precision, and ArsenalOS, the digital backbone of Anduril's hardware enterprise. By unifying systems, accelerating development velocity, and embedding intelligence into every layer, CorpTech Platform transforms how the company operates end to end.
We are also driving Anduril toward becoming an autonomous enterprise. Through initiatives like the Autonomous Software Factory, we are rethinking how software is built, tested, deployed, and evolved by integrating AI directly into the engineering lifecycle. CorpTech Platform is how Anduril scales its business systems with the same rigor, speed, and adaptability as its mission-critical products.
About the JobThe Enterprise Architecture team improves the systems and internal technologies that enable Anduril to accomplish its mission. Teams across engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, accounting, finance, and growth rely on these capabilities to work effectively as the company scales.
As Technical Program Manager for Enterprise Architecture, you will bring structure, visibility, and disciplined execution to a team whose work spans the enterprise. You will support both architects who work across multiple systems and specialists who go deep on platforms such as PLM, ERP, MES, and WMS. You will give them the planning, tracking, coordination, and communication scaffolding they need to deliver-without introducing process that slows them down. This role requires enough technical fluency to engage credibly across systems, enough business judgment to keep work aligned with company priorities, and the ownership to impose order without waiting to be told how.
What You'll Do- Own the execution framework for Enterprise Architecture initiatives, translating ambiguous work into clear scope, plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
- Support both cross-system architects and single-system specialists with planning, tracking, and communication tailored to how they work.
- Coordinate product managers, developers, business analysts, subject matter experts, and functional partners whose contributions are required to deliver architecture initiatives.
- Maintain a reliable, current view of the team's portfolio in a single system of record, prioritizing work against business need and ensuring commitments remain visible.
- Identify project risks and cross-system dependencies early, drive issues to resolution, and escalate decisions with clear context and recommended paths forward.
- Translate technical activity into concise business-facing reporting that communicates delivery health, measurable impact, and prioritization trade-offs to leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish and run lightweight operating cadences for planning, status, risk review, decision-making, and launch readiness without adding unnecessary bureaucracy.
- Facilitate documentation and knowledge transfer so architecture decisions, dependencies, assumptions, and best practices remain accessible and durable.
- Continuously improve how the team plans, tracks, and communicates its work while adapting quickly to changing business priorities.
Required Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in technical project management, technical program management, systems delivery, or a closely related role, preferably supporting architecture or adjacent teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technical projects with responsibility for scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, stakeholder alignment, and outcomes.
- Broad technical fluency across enterprise systems such as PLM, ERP, MES, and WMS, with the ability to hold credible conversations about architecture, integrations, data flows, and delivery trade-offs.
- Proven ability to create structure and accountability in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while using lightweight practices that preserve team speed.
- Strong problem-solving and systems-thinking capabilities, with the ability to develop fact-based recommendations using methods such as root-cause analysis and decision trees.
- Strong reporting instincts and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical work for business, technical, and executive audiences.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, including portfolio visibility, dependency tracking, risk management, and status reporting.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work in-office full time and travel on a limited basis, less than 10%.
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience supporting enterprise architects, solutions architects, or platform teams whose portfolios span multiple business domains and technology systems.
- Experience delivering initiatives across two or more enterprise platforms such as PLM, ERP, MES, WMS, CRM, finance, or manufacturing systems.
- Experience building portfolio reporting and operating cadences that connect technical delivery to business impact and leadership prioritization.
- Experience in hyper growth startup-like environments, with demonstrated success balancing speed, ambiguity, and long-term operational health.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled project management, documentation, analysis, or software delivery workflows.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance.
