- Support roadmap planning and estimation efforts with program teams, connecting day-to-day execution with broader portfolio and business priorities.
- Facilitate workshops and communicate progress, decisions, and risks clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to support informed decision-making.
What you will bring:- 4+ years of experience in program management across the product lifecycle, with experience in business systems analysis preferred.
- Ability to independently identify technical dependencies, downstream impacts, and risks in complex, multi-functional environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical concepts, product requirements, and business needs clearly and succinctly.
- Experience working with both technical teams, such as Product and Engineering, and non-technical partners, such as Business or Policy.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions, drive accountability, and lead programs through ambiguity while balancing detail and strategic context.
