Full Job Description
Role Summary
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager 3 to lead cross-functional execution for new product development programs from concept through launch readiness. In this role, you will partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and business stakeholders to drive alignment, manage risk, and help deliver complex technical programs on time and within budget.

What You'll Do
  • Lead end-to-end program execution for new product development initiatives from concept planning through development, validation, implementation, and launch readiness
  • Drive programs through the phase-gate product development process, ensuring alignment on milestones, deliverables, risks, and key decisions at each stage
  • Build and maintain integrated program plans, schedules, dependencies, and risk management strategies to support successful execution
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and business stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issues
  • Lead program reviews and provide clear communication on status, risks, mitigation plans, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership
  • Track deliverables through dashboards, action-item logs, reports, and checklists to maintain accountability and follow-through
  • Identify program obstacles, analyze root causes, and drive cross-functional solutions to keep development efforts on track
  • Help teams navigate tradeoffs related to scope, schedule, cost, and technical execution
  • Monitor program cost performance and support progress against financial and operational objectives
  • Contribute to process improvements that strengthen execution, team effectiveness, and new product development outcomes


What We're Looking For
  • Experience in technical program management, project management, or a related role supporting complex product or technology development efforts
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong experience building and managing project plans, schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables
  • Experience supporting new product development or other complex technical programs
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and build consensus across teams with competing priorities


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry, or in a similarly complex new product development environment, is preferred but not required
  • Experience working within a phase-gate product development process
  • Familiarity with cross-functional product development environments involving engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
