Responsibilities

Full Job Description
In this role, the Technical Program Manager will lead multiple teams through Agile Program Increments (PI) and ensure on-time delivery of architecture design and requirements aligned with program milestones. The position requires leadership, a keen interest in technical topics, and strong program management knowledge.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead PI Planning events for assigned teams
  • Secure a solid and realistic plan out of PI Planning, aligned with program milestones
  • Work with other TPMs of the department to resolve dependencies and align delivery dates
  • Make sure all required inputs (documents, data, specifications, etc.) are received on time and with the right quality, execution of quality gate.
  • Identify risks, propose recovery actions for each and drive the risks until resolution
  • Work closely with technical leads of each team to monitor execution during the PI
  • Actively remove impediments to day-to-day team progress
  • Ensure delivery of all committed artefacts on time. In case of delays, initiate intensive follow-up until delivery. The delivery scope contains all aspects of embedded software artefacts (design, requirements, code, test, release note, ... )
  • Confirm that all deliverables meet their agreed definition of done
  • Maintain dashboards of requirements status, KPIs for delivery tracking and reporting
  • Ensure Agile fundamentals are respected across teams, including sprint-based planning and execution, tracking of all tasks and progress in the project management tool, balance between capacity and workload
  • Align work practices across teams

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of overall related experience including a minimum of 5years of experience in technical software/system program management (in automotive or embedded system industry)
  • Understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies
  • Experience with ECU development or embedded software platforms is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools (e.g., RTC, Jira, Confluence, Power BI)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work in multicultural global organization, teamwork oriented, structured in work and ability to take initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
