Responsibilities of the Technical Program Manager:- Drive full lifecycle program execution for complex hardware product development initiatives, from concept through production
- Serve as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring clear communication on timelines, specifications, and program status
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to maintain alignment and execution velocity
- Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and risks while ensuring alignment to financial and operational targets
- Lead decision-making under ambiguity, balancing customer needs with internal constraints to maintain program momentum
Qualifications of the Technical Program Manager:- 4+ years of program management experience in a manufacturing, mechanical, or hardware-focused environment leading NPI programs
- Demonstrated success working in high-change, high-pressure environments with evolving requirements and tight timelines
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders, resolve conflict, and drive alignment across customer and internal teams
- Willingness to travel initially
- Strong technical acumen including the ability to interpret engineering drawings, apply DFM principles, and utilize standard PM and business software tools
Compensation for the Technical Program Manager includes:- Salary range: $120,000-$150,000 annually
