About your role:As a Technical Professional Services - Sr Professional I, you will design and support online and mobile payment solution architectures for financial institution clients. You will work with client business and technology teams, product partners, architects and implementation teams to translate requirements into secure, scalable integration designs. Your work helps clients implement digital financial services with clear technical guidance and reliable delivery.
What you'll do:- Design online and mobile payment integration architectures using web services, application programming interfaces (APIs), and client-specific requirements.
- Partner with clients and internal teams to document technical requirements, solution options, use cases and implementation considerations.
- Create architecture artifacts, including sequence diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, class diagrams, process flows, data flows and technical design documentation.
- Review solution designs with architects, developers and project teams to address security, performance, component reuse and system life cycle considerations.
- Explain solution architecture, product capabilities and implementation approaches to client business and technology stakeholders.
- Research integration patterns, evaluate technical options and develop prototypes to support solution decisions.
- Support troubleshooting for complex technical issues across implementation, integration and production support activities.

Experience you'll need to have:- 5+ years of experience in client implementations, technical design or solution delivery for financial technology, digital banking, payments or related platforms.
- 5+ years of experience translating business requirements into technical solution designs, integration documentation and implementation guidance.
- Experience designing integrations using web services, APIs or similar integration methods.
- Experience communicating technical concepts, solution options and implementation impacts to client and internal stakeholders.
- Experience creating technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, data flows, process flows or use cases.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have:- Experience with online banking, mobile banking, person-to-person payments, account opening, account funding or account aggregation solutions.
- Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) platforms or hosted application delivery models.
- Experience with Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), Extensible Markup Language (XML), Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations (XSLT) or Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP).
- Experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams or enterprise architecture modeling practices.
