Technical Professional Services - Advisor I

About your role:

As a Technical Client Implementations Advisor - Lending, you will serve as a lending subject matter expert supporting DNA implementations, mergers, conversions, and professional services engagements. You will partner with financial institutions, project teams, data conversion specialists, and product stakeholders to configure lending solutions, validate data, and improve implementation outcomes. Your work helps clients adopt DNA effectively and maintain accurate, reliable lending operations.

What you'll do:
  • Lead implementation of DNA lending functionality for new client implementations, mergers, and strategic services engagements
  • Partner with banks and credit unions to assess lending workflows, operational requirements, and readiness for conversion activities
  • Configure DNA lending parameters, institution settings, workflows, and related functionality to support client business needs
  • Facilitate discovery sessions, gather business requirements, and support solution design discussions with clients and internal teams
  • Design, validate, and support strategies for converting lending and related data into DNA and associated Fiserv products
  • Build and use Structured Query Language (SQL) queries, stored procedures, reports, and validation tools to support conversion, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities
  • Support testing, production readiness reviews, live conversion events, and post-live validation to help ensure data integrity and successful client outcomes

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 6+ years of experience supporting core banking, lending implementations, data conversions, or financial technology solutions
  • 6+ years of experience with the DNA core processing platform and implementation methodologies
  • 6+ years of experience working with Oracle databases, Structured Query Language (SQL), data analysis, or conversion programming
  • Experience with lending operations across consumer, commercial, mortgage, participation, indirect, or back-office lending functions
  • Experience leading client-facing implementation, consulting, training, or conversion engagements
  • Experience validating, reconciling, and troubleshooting large-scale data conversions and documenting business requirements, solution designs, and implementation decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience


Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience supporting DNA mergers and complex financial institution conversions
  • Experience with DNA Conversion Engine and conversion automation tools
  • Experience designing data validation, balancing, and reconciliation processes
  • Experience supporting interfaces with third-party lending, document management, and ancillary banking systems


How you'll work:
  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.


Travel: This role requires regular travel (10 - 25%).
