Full Job Description
Job Overview:

The Technical Product Manager will own product strategy, discovery, requirements, and outcomes for technically complex product areas, with primary ownership of Nutrislice's integrations platform and AI-powered product capabilities. This position requires leadership and strong collaborative execution in the areas of product management, product plans, and partner relationships, as well as deep enough technical fluency to understand APIs, data flows, integration architectures, and AI systems and make informed product decisions alongside Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate ambiguous or conflicting inputs (including technical documentation and 3rd party product capabilities) into precise requirements and action plans
  • Execute against product strategy for integrations, APIs, and partnerships, and manage relationships with strategic technology partners
  • Identify common requirements across integrations and work with Engineering to turn recurring one-off solutions into reusable platform capabilities.
  • Own AI-powered capabilities from definition through phased alpha, beta, and general availability rollouts, with defined quality bars, customer access controls, and operating cost at each stage
  • Define accuracy, grounding, and privacy requirements for AI features operating on menu, allergen, and nutrition data, where incorrect output carries real consequences for diners
  • Plan and manage enterprise migrations and platform rollouts, including phased cutover and customer communications
  • Serve as the primary product contact on supported integrations for Sales and Implementation, and maintain the documentation and training those teams rely on
  • Partner closely with Engineering to turn product decisions into clear requirements, resolve ambiguity and tradeoffs during development, and establish measurable release criteria.
  • Partner with UX/UI Designer on customer research and client interviews, and with Marketing on go-to-market strategy
  • Use product usage data and customer feedback to prioritize the roadmap

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Experience translating business and technical problems into requirements and feature sets
  • Comfortable working with SQL and reasoning about APIs, data models, asynchronous workflows, and integration failure modes.
  • Able to reason about how AI features are built and where they fail, including retrieval over structured data, evaluation methods, and cost and latency tradeoffs
  • Able to set and defend an accuracy bar for AI output, and to decide what requires human review before it reaches a customer
  • Makes decisions quickly with incomplete information and escalates when appropriate

Qualifications & Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Information systems, or technology concentration preferred)
  • 5+ years' experience in B2B Software Product Management, or Technical Software Implementation role (or equivalent)
  • Experience delivering third-party integrations or API-based products
  • Has taken an AI or ML-enabled feature to customers, including responsibility for its quality bar, rollout gating, and access controls
  • Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.

Benefits include:

  • Total compensation range of $140,000-$160,000
  • Unlimited PTO
  • Fully remote work
  • 401k with match
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage

Important Details:

  • No visa sponsorship available.
  • Reference and background checks required before the start date.
