We are seeking a Technical Product Manager to lead discovery work for a product in transition. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in documenting the current state and desired future state of the product. They will help to shape the roadmap and prioritize features balancing current work against upcoming business needs.
Responsibilities:Execute discovery work for a product in transition, documenting current state and desired future state to guide the development process.Capture business requirements and document existing business and technical processes within Disney's Commerce Team, in Parks Commercial Platforms.Work independently and in partnership with commercial teams to understand current business systems and illustrate the future state system.Drive requirement-gathering meetings with cross-functional teams and maintain consistent communication with peers and leadership.Facilitate sessions to determine the feasibility of specific requirements, analyzing the impact on existing business and technical processes.Manage Technical discussions to gain alignment, and act as a gatekeeper & negotiator with our Business & product partners.Drive capability roadmap, dedicated to a squad/teamAnalyze data to help inform product decisionProactively communicate squad/team status, issues, and risks to leadership.Document application behavior and implementation.
