Job DescriptionYour RoleThe Technical Product Lead owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for internal platform products and shared technology capabilities. Partners with engineering, architecture, security, and operations to define outcomes, prioritize work, and deliver secure, reliable, and cost-effective services that enable product teams to build and run solutions at scale. Establishes success metrics and drives adoption through clear service definitions, lifecycle management, and stakeholder alignment.
ResponsibilitiesYour Work In this role, you will:
- Leads delivery of advanced, complex platform product outcomes, aligning stakeholders on value, sequencing, and tradeoffs.
- Partners with engineering and architecture to drive technical decisions that improve scalability, security, resiliency, and total cost of ownership.
- Champions measurable adoption and product performance; defines KPIs/OKRs and uses insights to prioritize improvements.
- Advocates for the product/team with senior leaders and influences cross-portfolio roadmap integration and dependency management.
- Guides and mentors other product managers in product practices and platform thinking.
- The Technical Product Lead is accountable for end-to-end solution design readiness, ensuring the proposed solution solves the business problem, aligns with platform strategy, integrates across impacted systems, is operationally supportable, and is ready for engineering delivery.
- Defines solution architecture that supports the short, medium and long-term business
objectives across more than one product line.
QualificationsYour Knowledge and Experience - Requires Bachelor's degree or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to frame ambiguous platform problems and drive decisions.
- Deep knowledge of product management and platform/service delivery; may be viewed as a specialist within discipline
