Administer, configure, and maintain Alteryx Server and Tableau Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

Manage user access, roles, and permissions for both Alteryx and Tableau, ensuring data security and compliance.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Alteryx workflows, Tableau visualizations, and data connections.

Be proactive in monitoring and applying required compliance upgrades to infrastructure, as necessary.

Monitor system performance and conduct regular maintenance tasks, including updates, backups, and health checks.

Provide training and support to end users on best practices for both platforms, creating user guides and documentation.

Perform and/or lead others on production support, platform monitoring, job monitoring, troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Evaluate and implement new features, tools, and best practices to enhance the functionality and efficiency of Alteryx and Tableau environments.

Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of Alteryx workflows and Tableau dashboards.
