Full Job Description
Position Summary

We are seeking a Technical Lead - Supply Chain Systems to provide technical leadership and application support for our network's Inventory Demand/Forecasting and Replenishment platform. This role will be responsible for supporting the stability, enhancement, and continuous improvement of a critical supply chain planning solution

The successful candidate will work closely with Supply Chain business and vendor partners to deliver reliable, scalable, and effective solutions that enable business planning capabilities. The role requires strong technical problem-solving skills, experience supporting enterprise applications, and the ability to translate business needs into technology solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a technical lead and subject matter resource for the Inventory Demand/Forecasting and Replenishment application landscape, support application functionality, configuration, integrations, enhancements, and ongoing improvements
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate this into solutions by collaborating with vendor partners and internal technology teams
  • Troubleshoot production issues raised by business, oversee the issue analysis, root cause identification and deployment of the fix through the change management process
  • Improve the reliability and stability of the IPFR application and meet all business SLAs by optimizing the scheduled batch performance


What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
  • Approximately 4 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, supply chain systems, or technology platforms. Prior experience with Blue Yonder platforms will be an asset.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with SQL queries and data analysis of high-volume databases
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
  • Prior experience working with Oracle/Google Cloud based platforms is a plus
