We are seeking a skilled Java Backend Engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend services and distributed systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Microservices, Kafka/Flink, NoSQL databases, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, and cloud-native development.

Key Responsibilities: • Design and build scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. • Develop real-time event-driven solutions using Kafka and/or Flink. • Build REST APIs and distributed systems with high availability and performance. • Work with Cassandra, MongoDB, or Redis for large-scale data storage. • Containerize and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes. • Implement CI/CD, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.

Required Skills: • Java 11/17/21+, Core Java, Multithreading, JVM • Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs • Kafka or Flink, Event-Driven Architecture • Cassandra, MongoDB, or Redis • Docker, Kubernetes • AWS Cloud

Qualifications: • Bachelor's/Master's degree • 9+ years of backend development experience • Experience with cloud-native distributed systems and Agile delivery.

Mandatory Skills: Fullstack Java Enterprise.

Experience: 5-8 Years.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $148,500 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
