The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Technical Analyst Lead to support the C5ISR Center at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The select individual will lead a team of analysts, perform All-Source analysis, and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and recommended safe handling procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of All Source intelligence professionals.
  • Conduct all-source analysis and assist in the collection and dissemination of information to U.S. and coalition forces, on a need-to-know basis, concerning target device TTPs, technology, and safe handling procedures.
  • Demonstrate ability to exploit various intelligence disciplines (e.g. TECHSIGINT, SIGINT/CYBER, MASINT) from all levels of classified information.
  • Provide multi-faceted analysis that integrates existing national-level products and databases to define patterns of threat and UxS network activities.
  • The Lead Intelligence Analyst must be an expert in understanding of Intel-related databases such as M3, MIST, YETI, BODHI, PULSE, NRO Fade, and SIGINT databases.
  • Expert understanding of uncrewed aerial systems with specific emphasis on small uncrewed aerial systems (sUAS), their capabilities, technical performance, and operational employment.
  • Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS (to include possible conflict areas) on short notice in order to disseminate relevant threat information.
  • Perform all functional duties independently.


Qualifications:

Required:
  • Current and Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
  • BA/BS and 10 years of experience.
  • Requires Military intelligence MOS background and have completed formal military intelligence training/school.
  • More than ten years of military experience, and/or a combination of military and IC Agency experience and be well-versed in all areas of military intelligence.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in leading and managing small teams to guide teammates through specific tasks and ensuring the team completes tasks correctly and on time.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee the daily operations of the team, managing competing tasks through effective task delegation, ensuring projects are completed on time and charged to the appropriate project strings, mentoring and developing team members, optimizing and streamlining workflows as needed, and creating a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate team members to understand the teams' strengths and weaknesses and develop methods to increase the overall team capabilities through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems at the lowest level and resolving conflict within the team ensuring team cohesion.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to perform analysis on the latest Commercial Based and emerging Technologies that could be utilized by advisories and articulate how use of that Commercial Based Technologies (CBT) would affect DoD capability.
  • Must possess strong writing and briefing skills and is expected to provide flag officer level and above analysis.
  • Must have experience in conducting functional analyses of commercial base technology devices (specifically RCIED and UxS) and describe how the device functions.
  • Ability to determine indications and warnings (I&W) of uncrewed systems (UxS).
  • Knowledge of and ability to perform analysis on the latest commercial based and emerging technologies that could be utilized by advisories and articulate how use of that CBT would affect DoD capability.
  • Demonstrate capabilities to fuse multi-source intelligence to conduct analysis and prepare assessments of current threats, trends, and adversary Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP).
  • Ability to conduct Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) assessments on battlefield recoveries as well as COTS items in order to provide technology assessments.
  • Demonstrate experience working in a FUSION Center/Cell to produce products combining unclassified and classified reporting to support in-depth analysis of COTS devices/threats and identifies and conducts predictive analysis on emerging technologies used by adversaries.
  • Ability to lead and oversees the development of technical information, assessments, and responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) of potential threats and vulnerabilities to inform Government customers of CBTs.
  • Present, discuss, and defend assessments to intelligence community and technical community.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of analytical policies and procedures.
  • Ability to generate/provided specialized analytical products.
  • Proficient in utilizing standard MS Office computer applications and intelligence related automation to support analytical efforts and product development.
  • Proficient in utilizing specialized intelligence tools to create final products

  • Ability to conduct intelligence preparation of the battlefield (IPB) for identified locations using knowledge of current CBT TTPs and availability of commercial technologies.
  • Ability to create plans and strategies to guide the team and use of metrics to track progress and milestone events.
  • Ability to manage daily workflows, producing strategies that help drive business initiatives, and relaying clear instructions to team members.
  • Ability to monitor and analyze strategic and operational intelligence information.
  • Research unclassified and classified databases for use in written products.
  • Experience working with engineering or technical partners on joint technical products.
  • Demonstrate ability to brief coalition and partner forces on ways to disrupt, disable, and defeat UxS threats.
