Role : Work flow Modernization Developer D ServiceNow System Admin
over 10+years of Experience in Information Technology, 7+ years of experience exclusively in Designing, customization, enhancing, workflow configuration, integrating and supporting the Service Now suite of products such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset and Service Request management systems. Proficient in collaborating with stakeholders to modernize and standardize workflows in the ServiceNow platform, including solution design, configuration, automation, quality assurance, user support, and documentation. Migration of flow editor to flow designer expereince work on Implementation and Customization of Service Catalog items by using Client Scripts, Business rules, Script Includes, UI policies, UI Actions, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Advanced Reference Qualifiers and Notification Email Scripts. ¿ Building new service catalog items and complex workflows in both Tokyo and Utah versions. ¿ Working on enhancements of existing service catalog items. ¿ Migrating workflows from complex workflow editor to flow designers and standardizing them in the Utah version. ¿ Applied best practices for automation workflows and private cloud orchestration from San Diego, Tokyo and Utah versions. ¿ Contributed to Service Mapping to define business services, and troubleshoot the discovery and mapping process. ¿ Leading Offshore and Onshore Team through the project, guiding them when in doubt through the scenarios. ¿ Worked on day to day enhancements and defects in custom applications
