Essential Responsibilities:What You'll Do- Lead technology portfolio planning, intake, prioritization, and governance activities.
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial stewardship, and investment transparency across the technology portfolio.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to align technology initiatives with strategic objectives.
- Oversee resource capacity planning and portfolio risk management.
- Lead executive reporting, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and coach a high-performing portfolio management team.
What You'll Bring- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive technology, PMO, portfolio management, or leadership experience.

The targeted base pay for this position is $148,300 to $173,000 annually.* Base pay is one component of our comprehensive total rewards package which includes an annual incentive bonus, employer-sponsored pension plan, 401(k) match, HSA contribution, life & disability insurance, health care benefits, generous time off plans, flexible work arrangements, and much more.
