Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop the SR&ED team to prepare technical descriptions and tax credit applications.
• Develop partnerships with engineering teams to identify eligible projects for claims.
• Analyze new project types for eligibility and implement funding processes.
• Establish and track annual tax credit forecasts.
• Lead communication with government authorities regarding audits.
• Monitor regulatory changes affecting SR&ED funding programs.
• Implement process improvements to maximize claim compliance and funding.
