Full Job Description
We9re seeking an experienced Team Leader - Fire Test Lab to lead our state-of-the-art fire testing laboratory and drive innovation in fire safety, product development, and code compliance.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will oversee all aspects of Carlisle9s fire testing operations, including laboratory management, fire test equipment, testing protocols, safety, data analysis, and continuous improvement. You9ll lead a team of technical professionals while partnering closely with R&D scientists, engineers, regulatory teams, and business leaders to support new product development and maintain Carlisle9s industry-leading standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience in fire testing, combustion science, or fire protection engineering, along with hands-on expertise operating, designing, calibrating, and troubleshooting fire test equipment. You9ll evaluate and implement new testing capabilities, oversee capital equipment projects, interpret complex test data, and represent Carlisle within ASTM committees and industry code development organizations.
