What You Will Do to Change Lives

Under direct supervision of the Clinical Director/Administrator, this entry-level management position supervises multidisciplinary teams, coordinates service needs, and collaborates with other services and agencies. Fulfills appropriate level of services for new members served as outlined in the essential functions.

Employees in this role are required to participate in a structured on-call rotation, remaining accessible and prepared to respond to work-related needs within a designated timeframe. Rotations are scheduled in advance. While on-call, employees must actively monitor communications (e.g., phone, email) and respond in accordance with operational protocols.

Shifts Available:

Full-Time | Shift: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM. Participates in an On-Call rotation with occasional evenings and weekends.

Expected starting wage range is $80,168.40 - $94,601.94. The full wage range goes up to max. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements.

What You Bring to the Table (Must Have Requirements)

  • Master's Degree in social work or related field
  • Associate-level behavioral health license registered with the Washington State Department of Health (DOH), such as LMHCA, LMFTA, LICSWA, or related credential.
  • Two (2) years of experience in crises response with mentally ill individuals
  • One (1) year supervisory experience required or supervisory training within six (6) months of employment
  • Sensitivity to multi-cultural populations and issues
  • Must be CPR, Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI), and First Aid certified on date of employment or within 60 days of employment and maintain current certification throughout employment
  • All opportunities at Telecare are contingent upon successful completion and receipt of acceptable results of the applicable post-offer physical examination, 2-step PPD test for tuberculosis, acceptable criminal background clearances, excluded party sanctions, and degree or license verification. If the position requires driving, valid driver's license, a motor vehicle clearance and proof of auto insurance is required at time of employment and must be maintained throughout employment. Additional regulatory, contractual or local requirements may apply

  • Valid and current driver's license, and personal vehicle insurance with your name listed as a driver.

  • Willingness to use your personal vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, attend meetings, etc. (weekly mileage reimbursement at the IRS rate)

  • Willingness to use the company vehicle to drive clients to appointments and groups, etc.

As part of the Telecare family, the Thurston Mason Mobile Crisis program combines a comprehensive set of outreach services to provide an alternative level of intervention and follow up services to stabilize individuals in crisis to remain in the community and move toward recovery. To provide this set of outreach services, we are now developing a comprehensive bundle of services to work conjointly to engage this high-risk population. These services include - Mobile Outreach Teams, Intensive Case Management Services, Peer Support, and linkages to community resources and outpatient treatment. The end goal is to provide effective prevention and intervention strategies for those most at risk in order to reduce or prevent more acute illness, high-risk behaviors, incarceration, and other emergency medical or crisis responses.
