Your Impact
Lead, coach, and develop HSSEQ Advisors to achieve performance goals and build capability across the Québec region
Drive alignment with WSP's HSSEQ vision, priorities, and management systems across projects and teams
Oversee HSSEQ support for projects, ensuring risk-based, compliant, and effective delivery
Influence safety outcomes by identifying risks, analysing trends, and implementing proactive improvement strategies
Partner with business leaders, project teams, and clients to embed safe practices into project lifecycle delivery
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to strengthen performance
Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and behavioural safety
Support implementation and evolution of HSSEQ systems and processes at a regional level
The Skills That Set You Apart
8-10 years of experience in construction or industrial project safety environments
Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop high-performing teams
Strong knowledge of Canadian provincial OH&S legislation and industry best practices
Postsecondary education in Environment, Health & Safety or equivalent experience
Professional designation (CRSP, CRST, CHSO, or CHSC) is considered an asset
Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis methodologies
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
Bilingual in French and English (required for Québec operations)
Compensation:
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 - $162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $111,000 - $147,400
