Step into a leadership role where you can shape safety culture, influence major projects, and empower teams across Québec. As a Team Lead, HSSEQ, you will blend technical expertise with people leadership-driving meaningful impact across our projects, clients, and communities.

Your Impact

Lead, coach, and develop HSSEQ Advisors to achieve performance goals and build capability across the Québec region

Drive alignment with WSP's HSSEQ vision, priorities, and management systems across projects and teams

Oversee HSSEQ support for projects, ensuring risk-based, compliant, and effective delivery

Influence safety outcomes by identifying risks, analysing trends, and implementing proactive improvement strategies

Partner with business leaders, project teams, and clients to embed safe practices into project lifecycle delivery

Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to strengthen performance

Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and behavioural safety

Support implementation and evolution of HSSEQ systems and processes at a regional level

The Skills That Set You Apart

8-10 years of experience in construction or industrial project safety environments

Compensation:

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $122,900 - $162,800
MB & ON: $112,100 - $154,400
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $111,000 - $147,400
