Job Description:
Crowe LLP is seeking to hire an experienced Tax professional to join our Tax Standards, Quality, and Risk (SQR) team. SQR is responsible for educating and supporting tax professionals on professional responsibilities; developing and overseeing the delivery of tax learning content; maintaining and implementing internal Tax policies; administering the annual Tax Quality Review; maintaining and supporting the Tax contract library; supporting the Tax publications strategy; and supporting Tax personnel in risk identification and management.
SQR team members do not generally work directly with external clients. Travel may comprise up to 15% of your schedule. SQR scheduled work hours are generally consistent throughout the year with limited impact from tax deadlines.

The application deadline for this role is 10/30/2026.The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $73,400.00 - $145,400.00 per year. This role follows a hybrid work model for candidates located near a Crowe office. Candidates who are not within commuting distance of a Crowe office may be considered for a remote work arrangement, subject to business needs.
