Are you ready to take the next step in your tax career? As a Tax Senior at Pinion, you'll play a critical role in delivering tax solutions that help clients thrive. This role will primarily focus on serving clients in the commodity crop sector, providing specialized tax expertise to support their unique needs.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and other flow-through entities.
  • Lead and manage tax projects, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends, potential issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams, articulating complex tax concepts clearly and confidently.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering growth and technical development.

What You'll Need for This Position

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting or related field.
  • 2+ years of public accounting experience.

  • Experience in tax return preparation and review; project leadership preferred.

When making compensation decisions, Pinion takes into account a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, skills, certifications/licenses, and geographic location. The wide range for this role reasonably accounts for these factors. Specific compensation decisions are made based on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000 - $96,000.
