  • Facilitate workflow management, including planning and budgeting.

Full Job Description
We are actively seeking an experienced, client-focused Tax Manager, Generalist to join our growing practice in the Morganville, NJ office. This role follows a hybrid work schedule. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded tax generalist with strong technical knowledge across multiple tax return types and a proven ability to manage client engagements, review complex returns, and support team development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and review a variety of tax engagements, with a primary focus on business returns and some individual returns.
  • Review and oversee preparation of federal and state tax returns.
  • Provide technical guidance on tax compliance, planning strategies, and industry best practices.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely communication.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop junior staff and senior associates.
  • Assist with tax research and provide recommendations to resolve complex tax issues.
  • Facilitate workflow management, including planning, budgeting, and meeting engagement deadlines.
