We are looking for a Tax Manager who can lead client relationships, manage engagements, and help develop the team. This is more than a technical review role. It is an opportunity to take ownership of your work, build trust with clients, and play a meaningful role in a growing firm.

What You'll Do
- Manage a defined group of client engagements from start to finish.
- Review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, S corporations, and trusts.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong, responsive relationships throughout the year.
- Oversee workflow, deadlines, and quality across the engagements you manage.
- Coordinate with other members of the team to keep work accurate, timely, and moving forward.
- Conduct tax research and stay current on developments in tax law and regulations.
- Lead tax planning and advisory conversations that help clients make informed decisions.
- Assist clients with IRS and state tax authority notices, correspondence, and audits.
- Provide direction, feedback, and support to team members working on your engagements.
