Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced CPA to join a growing public accounting and advisory firm serving high-net-worth individuals, business owners, partnerships, trusts, and estates.

This role combines tax compliance with strategic advisory, providing opportunities to work directly with clients on tax planning, estate planning, retirement strategies, and long-term wealth management. The ideal candidate is a client-focused tax professional who enjoys solving complex issues and building trusted, long-term relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates.
  • Provide year-round tax planning, projections, and advisory services.
  • Research tax laws, regulations, and legislative changes to develop effective planning strategies.
  • Identify tax-saving opportunities and provide practical recommendations based on client goals.
  • Assist with trust, estate, and fiduciary tax planning and compliance.
  • Support retirement planning, wealth management, and broader financial advisory initiatives.
  • Participate in client meetings and communicate tax strategies and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with senior tax professionals on complex tax, accounting, and advisory engagements.

Requirements
