Job Description:

Parsons is looking for a detail-oriented Target Analyst Reporter to join our team. This role is suited for candidates with prior analytic experience in network security and network monitoring. Your role will lead deep-dive analysis and documentation of complex subjects to assess the capabilities and activities of cyber criminals.

Specific Responsibilities

- Leads the development of enterprise-wide intelligence strategies and initiatives.
- Conducts and oversees the production of high-priority intelligence products.
- Provides expert-level analysis of global political, military, and economic developments.
- Advises senior leadership on intelligence trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Works on unusually complex problems and provides solutions that are highly creative.

- Producing IC documentation and technical writing.
- Collaborates with interagency and international partners to address intelligence gaps.
- Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas at both tactical and strategic levels.
- Works under consultative direction towards predetermining long-range targets.
- Keeps current with the latest threats, vulnerabilities, and advancements in security technologies.
- Applies advanced principles, theories, and concepts.
- Participates in planning, leading, and executing the implementation of large programs in the function.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Skills and Competencies

- Deep expertise of intelligence disciplines and strategic analysis
- Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize complex data
- Ability to present complex intelligence findings to senior leadership

Education and Experience

- Bachelor's Degree &- 10+ years of related professional experience

- Familiarity writing signatures in Zeek and/or Snort

- Collaborate with development teams and articulate requirements/enhancements for capabilities, tools and strategies.

- Document creation, and creating detailed reports to ensure tradecraft is continually updated.

- Present results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- U.S. Citizenship

- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph

Security Clearance Requirement:
An active Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph security clearance is required for this position.

Salary Range: $134,100.00 - $241,400.00
