Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our downtown Denver office, we are seeking a strategic and collaborative Talent Management Business Partner, U.S. & Canada, to support our professional and manufacturing operations across the United States and Canada. This role will serve as a key liaison between business leaders and the Global Talent Management function, ensuring the successful implementation of talent strategies that align with both regional priorities and global objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in talent development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness, with a strong understanding of the talent landscape in the U.S and Canada.
  • Strategic Partnership: Partner with U.S. and Canadian business leaders and HR Business Partners to align talent strategies with regional business goals and workforce trends.
  • Talent Development: Implement and tailor global talent development programs to meet the unique needs of both professional and manufacturing workforces in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Succession Planning: Lead succession planning efforts by partnering with business leaders and HR Business Partners to identify and develop high-potential talent, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline across the region.
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Development: Partner with HR and business leaders to assess organizational capabilities and implement development actions that enhance team performance and agility.
  • Change Management: Support HR partners through change initiatives with effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Data & Insights: Leverage talent analytics to inform decision-making, track progress, and evaluate the impact of talent initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with global and regional HR colleagues to ensure alignment and integration of talent practices across the organization.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience in HR with exposure to talent management, succession, and/or talent development.
  • Experience supporting the growth and development of both salaried professionals and hourly production employees in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong understanding of talent development frameworks and performance management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • 5-15% travel required.
  • Excited to work in the office with great teammates.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Preferred:
  • Demonstrated success in driving talent initiatives across diverse business environments in the U.S. and Canada.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors HCM is a plus.

Pay & Benefits
  • Full-Time
  • Salary Range: $97,500 - $110,000
  • Relocation is not provided
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
