• Build and launch new hire onboarding programs (pre-boarding through Day 90) across Brio, OVI, and affiliated companies, including 30-60-90 day plans
• Build and launch performance management programs
• Configure and manage three LMS platforms integrated with Rippling; launch and track mandatory compliance training
• Develop a phase 1 Management Development Curriculum and present a 12-month Roadmap to senior leadership

Project Management
• Serve as training and communications lead for the Rippling HCM rollout, managing all content, timelines, and go-live execution across the business
• Manage multiple programs with clear milestones, risk tracking, and executive-level reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, and company leaders to drive alignment and delivery
• Manage the company's Employee Engagement Survey program

Internal Communications
• Execute the complete Rippling rollout communication campaign (8+ assets): announcements, training invites, reminders, and post-launch surveys
• Develop an org-wide Internal Communications Strategy, including channel map, messaging framework, and annual calendar, for approval

Qualifications
• 7+ years in talent development, L&D, or instructional design, with a track record of building programs from scratch
• Strong instructional design skills: job aids, facilitator guides, e-learning, and multi-format content
• Experience managing LMS platforms and large-scale training projects (HCM implementation experience a plus)
• Proven project manager: organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable owning multiple workstreams at once
• Excellent written communication skills; able to craft executive announcements, employee FAQs, and manager toolkits
• Ability to prioritize effectively, operate efficiently with ambiguity and ever-changing deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
