The Lead Talent Acquisition Partner (LTAP) / Talent Acquisition Partner III – Clinical & Leadership is a strategic, senior recruitment partner responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and execution for critical clinical leadership and specialized healthcare positions across the Village.


This role manages full lifecycle recruiting for high-impact leadership and clinical roles, including Facility Administrators (FAs), Clinical Services Managers (MCS / Sr. MCS), Directors of Clinical Services (DCS), Regional Operations Directors (RODs), and specialized clinical professionals. Acting as a trusted advisor to operational executives (DVPs, RODs, and GVPs), the LTAP leverages deep labor market intelligence, advanced sourcing techniques, and consultative workforce planning to attract and hire values-driven healthcare leaders. Additionally, this position serves as a mentor and subject matter expert, elevating the broader Talent Acquisition team through coaching, process refinement, and strategic innovation.


Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Talent Partnership & Consulting
  • Act as the dedicated talent advisor and thought partner to operational leadership, including Division Vice Presidents (DVPs), Regional Operations Directors (RODs), and Facility Administrators.
  • Lead comprehensive intake discussions and workforce planning sessions to align recruiting strategies with divisional staffing goals and business objectives.
  • Provide consultative guidance on organizational design, compensation alignment, market dynamics, and talent availability.
  • Deliver actionable labor market intelligence (LMI), competitor insights, and talent analytics to guide hiring decisions and address challenging talent markets.
Full Lifecycle Clinical & Leadership Recruiting
  • Drive proactive, full-cycle recruitment for designated clinical leadership and licensed roles, ensuring exceptional candidate quality and speed-to-hire.
  • Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing campaigns utilizing employee referrals, professional associations, alumni networks, niche healthcare communities, and active talent mapping.
  • Conduct in-depth competency and behavioral evaluations to assess clinical/operational acumen, leadership capability, and cultural alignment with DaVita's mission and core values.
  • Facilitate structured debriefs with hiring leaders, manage complex multi-stakeholder interview processes, and formulate competitive, aligned offer packages in partnership with Compensation, People Services, and Operations.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
  • Serve as a senior peer leader, mentoring and onboarding TAP I and TAP II recruiters.
  • Model best practices in stakeholder management, candidate experience, Workday workflow rigor, and innovative sourcing methodologies.
  • Lead or contribute to village-wide TA continuous improvement initiatives, specialized focus groups (e.g., champion networks, hiring events), and process optimizations.
Candidate Experience & Employer Brand Advocacy
  • Deliver an authentic, high-touch ("white-glove") experience for every candidate throughout the hiring journey.
  • Serve as an ambassador of the DaVita brand and employer value proposition across external channels, networking events, and digital platforms.
  • Champion inclusive, equitable hiring practices and ensure diverse candidate representation across all search pipelines.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
  • Maintain data integrity and accurate requisition and candidate tracking within Workday and supporting TA platforms.
  • Ensure strict adherence to DaVita employment policies, regulatory standards, equal opportunity employment laws, and clinical licensure verification procedures.
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, pipeline velocity, and hiring confidence scores to continuously improve performance.
Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record in healthcare recruitment, clinical leadership, or executive/management placement.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of high-volume or specialized recruitment experience within a complex, multi-site healthcare or clinical services environment.
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with senior and executive operational leaders (Director-level and above).
  • Advanced proficiency in modern Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and sourcing technologies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, CRM platforms).
  • Strong working knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, clinical licensing/credentialing considerations, and compensation structuring.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.

The Salary Range for the role is $85,000.00-$118,000.00 per year.

If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.

New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $66,300.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $66,300.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $62,353.20/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $17.00/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $17.00/hour, Remainder of New York state: $16.00/hour

Washington Exempt: $80,168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour, Burien: $21.71/hour, Everette: $20.77/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour, Renton: $21.57/hour, Seattle: $21.30/hour, Tukwila: $21.65/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hour
