Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles at amika, from intake to offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and define success criteria.
  • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates, providing thorough assessments and recommendations.
  • Coordinate interview processes including scheduling, feedback collection, and debriefs.
  • Support hiring managers with interview training and structured interview plans.
  • Own and enhance candidate experience throughout recruitment, ensuring candidates feel informed and respected.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and through content reflecting amika's culture.
  • Build diverse candidate slates to support DEIB goals alongside the Director of Global Talent.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ATS records for data integrity.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in attracting and hiring exceptional, diverse talent for amika. This role supports full-cycle recruiting across the organization while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first culture and is passionate about finding great talent that reflects amika's values and commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.

salary: $95,000 + bonus

location: hybrid, 2 days a week onsite (must be based in + have the right to work in the US)

what you'll do:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles across amika, from intake through offer
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to develop accurate, compelling job descriptions and define success criteria
  • Source candidates through a variety of channels including job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach
  • Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates with thorough assessments and recommendations
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, feedback collection, and debrief facilitation
  • Support interview training and help hiring managers develop structured, consistent interview plans
  • Own candidate experience touchpoints throughout the full recruitment lifecycle - from initial outreach and application acknowledgment through interview communication, offer, and post-offer follow-up - ensuring every candidate feels informed, respected, and excited
  • Support employer branding efforts across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other channels, including maintaining an accurate and compelling company presence, encouraging employee reviews, and contributing to content that reflects amika's culture
  • Actively contribute to DEIB goals by building diverse candidate slates, partnering with the Director of Global Talent on inclusive sourcing strategies, and flagging potential bias in job descriptions or interview processes
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines and ATS records to ensure data integrity and recruitment transparency
  • Assist in building and maintaining talent pools for high-need or recurring roles
  • Partner with CPO on compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive offers
  • Deliver a warm, communicative, and delightful experience to every candidate throughout the process
