We're looking for more than a Talent Acquisition Manager who has the ambition to continuously learn and grow their career. This role will help strengthen how we attract, assess, and hire talent across the Commercial Bank, with strong focus on recruiting talent in the following areas: Capital Markets, Treasury, Middle Market, Real Estate, Commercial lending & credit, relationship & portfolio management.

This leader will work closely with talent advisors (recruiters), hiring managers, and business leaders to improve hiring outcomes, enhance the candidate experience, and bring new ideas, tools, and approaches into the recruiting process. This manager will also help shape the TA strategy on how the organization successfully attracts, assesses, and secures the very best talent as the market evolves.

Talent Acquisition continues to evolve, and this role evolves with it- this person needs to be a strong talent acquisition practitioner with strong overall talent expertise, business acumen, innovation, change leadership, using data insights and emerging tech to improve business outcomes.

This person will be excited by continuous improvement, staying on top of trends and new practices, and seeing teams thrive in new ways. This strong leader understands recruiting best practices, enjoys solving problems, uses data to guide decisions, and isn't afraid to challenge outdated ways of working.

Experience, Skills and Competencies:

  • 8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition or related talent experience, including people leadership.
  • Experience developing recruiting strategies for complex Commercial Bank talent segments, preferably in Capital Markets, Treasury & Middle Market.
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting, talent assessment, workforce planning, and candidate experience.
  • Proven experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience using data and market insights to improve outcomes.
  • Experience leading transformation, process improvement, or technology adoption.
  • Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.


Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.

Hours per Week: 40

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $135,000 - $173,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to budget, the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
