Full Job Description
Attracts, sources, and acquires top talent to meet organizational workforce needs while driving continuous improvement in recruiting processes and candidate experience. Supports talent acquisition efforts across multiple Truist Wholesale lines of business, including Commercial & Middle Market Banking, Treasury Payments, Truist Wealth, Credit Delivery, and Truist Asset Finance. Partners closely with senior business leaders across revenue-generating areas of the bank to understand strategic talent needs, advise on hiring strategies, and deliver high-quality talent solutions that support business growth objectives. Manages and coordinates core recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interview management, offer consultation, and candidate engagement, while contributing to workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational staffing initiatives. ****Position has in office expectations and can be located in our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA. office. Acquires skilled labor through coordinating full-cycle recruiting processes, including candidate sourcing and talent evaluations under limited supervision. 2. Conducts talent screenings, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate fit and quality. 3. Coordinates job advertising and posting efforts internally, externally, and with third-party recruiting agencies. 4. Builds and maintains talent pools and communities through internet mining and database management. 5. Supports talent staffing and workforce planning initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. 6. Provides guidance, coaching, and training to junior teammates within the talent acquisition function. 7. Interfaces with leaders and stakeholders to provide industry, market, and peer group insights to enhance the organization’s talent strategy and initiatives and plan for future talent needs. 8. Partners and communicates with teammates within and outside of own job area to hire and retain top talent. 9. Organizes and participates in employment fairs and campus recruiting events to prospect talent. 10. Makes adjustments or recommends improvements to recruitment processes to enhance recruiting effectiveness and achieve operational targets with a significant impact on the job area results. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related/business experience. 2. A minimum of 5 years of professional recruiting experience. 3. Ability to clearly articulate the organization's value proposition, mission, values, and strategic competitive advantages. 4. Practical knowledge of recruiting processes, risk, and compliance. 5. Strong business acumen and organizational savvy to anticipate future talent needs. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access. Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience working in the financial services industry. 2. Previous recruiting experience in an OFCCP-regulated industry. 3. Experience working for an agency or recruiting search firm. 4. Expertise in using recruiting databases such as Workday, Phenom, and other platforms; proficiency in internet mining techniques to surface passive candidates and build talent pools. 5. Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems and recruiting tools such as Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM, and video interviewing technology. 6. Experience with candidate sourcing and building talent pools and communities.
