We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to play a key role in attracting and securing talent across the organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and bring creative sourcing solutions to challenging and specialized corporate roles.

Here's where you'll be focusing:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment, from intake and sourcing through selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.


  • Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor, providing recruitment expertise, market insight, and tailored staffing solutions.


  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract qualified talent for niche and specialized positions.


  • Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines aligned to current and future organizational needs.


  • Manage confidential searches with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.


  • Deliver a consistent and professional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.


  • Apply strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills to effectively navigate recruitment discussions and drive successful outcomes.


  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and service delivery.


  • Research and introduce innovative sourcing approaches, supported by data, business cases, and ROI analysis where appropriate.


  • Manage external job postings to support strong talent attraction and alignment with employer brand standards.


  • Share talent acquisition insights and recommendations to support evolving workforce and recruitment needs.


  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues and internal stakeholders to establish and promote recruitment best practices across the organization.


What you have to offer:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with demonstrated experience independently managing recruitment processes and partnering directly with hiring managers.


  • Proven expertise in candidate sourcing and talent pipeline development.


  • Strong understanding of corporate functions and talent markets, with the ability to develop targeted recruitment strategies.


  • Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders in both languages.


  • Strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and negotiation capabilities.


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications.


  • Retail industry experience is considered an asset.
