Full Job Description
Optimizes existing TA reports, such as TA Scorecard and TA Dashboard, to drive meaningful business results. Participates in cross-functional project teams to provide guidance on data interpretation and action translation. Sources internal and external data to enhance analytic capabilities. Conducts regular audits to monitor staff production, determine trends, and predict future data such as hires, terms, and data funnel activity. Develops and manages regional TA analytic services and tools to support talent acquisition strategies. Consults with the TA Management Team to provide insights on team analytics and data trends. Communicates analytical results across the TA organization to drive action. Develops predictive models for attrition, high performance, and recruiting efficiency. Leads detailed statistical analysis of human capital to identify actionable insights and build predictive models. Uses insights from analysis to drive TA investments and talent management decisions. Assesses the effectiveness of TA programs through focused analyses. Statistically analyzes large data sets of internal and external data to inform business decisions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Demonstrated ability to build statistical models needed to understand issues at a detailed level and forecast impacts of change [Required] • Experience with Human Capital Analytics and/or HR Operations including SLAs, benchmarking, and process improvement.
